60 DAYS LEFT

Are You Ready?

By: Travis Griffin | September 2, 2010 | 1 comment

Tomorrow, we will be 60 days out from Election Day. Seems like that’s still a lot of time, but the first ballots will actually start to be mailed out in the NEXT FEW WEEKS.

This Friday, September 3rd, is the first day to apply for a ballot by mail for the General Election. What does that mean to you? First, you may be lucky enough to be one of the first Texans to give Barack Obama and the Democrats the ultimate “HANDS OFF TEXAS” message by voting REPUBLICAN by mail. Second, this is a huge reminder to all of us that the election is truly here and we need to spread the word about the Hands Off Texas! movement and get people involved in their local campaigns.

Are you 65 years old or better?

You may vote early by mail if you are:

  • going to be away from your county on Election Day and during early voting;
  • sick or disabled; or
  • 65 years of age or better on Election Day.

If you made the cut, you can request a ballot by mail here. According to the Secretary of State, the last day to apply for a Ballot by Mail (received, not postmarked) is Tuesday, October 26, 2010.

Not eligible to vote by mail?

Get Involved!

60 DAYS LEFT until we all get to send our message loud and clear. Think the Dems are nervous yet?

This election can't come soon enough. I can't vote by mail, but I will vote early. And yes, the Democrats should be nervous.
